• Items held in stock will be dispatched within 2-4 working days of receipt of payment. Made to order products will be despatched within 7- 10 working days of receipt of payment. We will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible if there is a different lead-time on a product by emailing you directly. Once your order has been despatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please email us if your items they do not reach you in time, or in the unlikely event that goods become damaged during postage so we can help to investigate this for you. We will not accept any responsibility for the damage or loss in these circumstances. We are not obliged to reimburse you if we don’t hear from you about these situations immediately.

All our textile products are printed onto 100% Linen and are hand finished.

Textile Care: Hand wash gently with mild detergent or dry clean only. Iron on reverse.

Lampshade Care: Wipe gently with a damp cloth on both outside and inside of lampshade for cleaning.

We want you to love our products, but if for any reason you are unhappy then please tell us straight away and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds and returns will be made at the discretion of Laura Slater.

If a refund is required then you must return the goods in their original condition within seven working days of delivery and we will refund you within 30 days providing the goods are returned in a saleable condition. 

We are unable to reimburse the postage on items that are being returned unless they are faulty.
